I have been carrying around a piece of paper to tell me what settings to use as an amateur photographer. I have a great camera and not using it to its fullest capability. Finally I have a tool that is right on my hip anytime I need help. Thank you!!!!

Whether you shoot film or digital, this app is full of great hints, tips and techniques. Cant remember how to blurr water? Photocaddy is there so you can look it up. Well done! The nay-Sayers that claim this app is too basic are missing the point that this is a pocket reference. I especially like the ability to save my notes. When I get a shot I like I can save the particulars for another shoot. Great app!

An app to enjoy

This app is where I start before taking all of my pictures. Its an absolutely wonderful way to ensure that your cameras settings are optimally configured to get the best picture quality. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful help for those new to photography especially!

Great idea ...but needs to be updated and have older info as well...as newer info and be brand specific one nikonn ver and one canon version and be more creative. Why so much In av mode or aperture priority mode? Why under sports do u not have MMA THe FASTEST GROWING SPORT!! Needs more!!

The information this app provides is really basic. No photo samples available in the app. App updates are very infrequent. This app is better categorized as a social networking platform where it relies on users to provide input. Nothing more. The problem is that the user base of this app seems very limited so you cant get much out of it. You are probably better off buying a photography for dummies e-book to carry around. Not recommended.

I am new to wanting to take good pictures with a highend camera. This app has helped me in every setting where I need to start taking good pics.
